2008 Revised Pricing

Since January 1, 2008, raw material prices have continued to escalate, the
largest increases occurring with steel bar stock and related steel
components. We have attempted to contain the cost increases but can no
longer maintain our current pricing structure.

Effective July 21, 2008, we increased the list prices for our steel products
by 6%, as opposed to a surcharge - it has been made clear to us that this is
the preferred method for our customers to counteract the raw material
prices. We believe that the most efficient way to implement this increase
is to issue a new alphanumeric list price sheet that supercedes the list
prices in our current price book DQC108.
